YOU opened a tread about issues with face import and made it sticky. You and all other moderators sended people who had a problem with face import to this topic all the time.
You had a fan base solution in your opening post that ppl could try before a patch would be developped as Priority.
Well we all saw wat your patch did (it didnt fix the problems and it frooze the Xbox users systems).
Well some claim the patch was working but i noticed that almost everyone claiming that it worked didnt post screenshots ore pictures and also didnt have the registerd ME 2 3 icons below their avatars.
The topic was like a wikipedia for all that had problems. many fanbased solutions have been giving in the topic people were helping people not only about restore their shepards , but also about how to take screenshots and how to post images.
Also we learned about lods, about photoshopping, about save editors and most important about how to respect eachother and HELP!
The Lockdown of this topic with over 8000 postings and 153.000+ views is unbelieveble.
You now say some have still problems and they should go to customer service... Well the Knowledge of the entire fanbase posting in that topic is far far far far bigger and better as anyone on customer service at this moment has ( I am 100% sure of this) If we all call Customer service i am sure they dont have enough personal to answer the phones.

What i espacially find disgusting is the fact that in posting 1 you did. you adviced ppl to follow the fanbase solutions.
Now that you LOCKdown the topic with a "evil" smiley and claiming the patch did wat it supposed to do...........
YOU DID NOT EVEN SAID THANK YOU! to the ppl that created the solutions for YOU!
The fans did the work that YOU ore anyother BW/EA helper SHOULD have done!
This is the worst customer service i have ever seen in my life.
You as an entire company should be ashamed of yourself!
This will work out bad for Bioware in the future.

The Topic you just closed was at 85% of solving it.
I wish to thank all the ppl in that topic that helped, that created solutions,
thoose who were working on the modding and the lods, Thoose who were always ready to help new buyers who struggled with the problems the game had.
We did something very special in that topic!

Thank you for doing nothing to help us. You say that the patch works, it does not. That large thread you closed helped "YOUR" customers get answers because you were too lazy to do it yourself. Mr. Priestly you were useless and could not even update us on the situation, instead you sent others who, just like you, did nothing.
Your so called patch gave me and others the same results prior to the patch. Then you came and locked down the topic saying "Problem fixed go to customer service for inquiries." Your customer service is trash and does nothing because "NO ONE" at Bioware/EA cares about us.
I seems to me that you are going around locking down any topic about your "useless" patch in order to cover it up, and you are being smug about it by using and evil smily face. I hope it makes you feel better by exhibiting the little bit of power you have by locking down threads, but all you are doing is making yourself look like an jerk by appearing in the threads YOU WERE SUPPOSSED TO UPDATE well after YOU created them but never updated, instead we did it for you.
In the end you created a growing distain for you and Bioware as a whole that will most likely never heal. As for EA I never thought much of them to begin with.
