Anyone knows how to bind a key to speeding stuff up in ME2 via coalesced modding? Sitting through Miranda's speech and rescuing Joker each time is annoying.

I'm not very well versed with this myself, but I'll give it a try. First attempt with default Shepard kinda went badly, btw.

Yes, I did this when I played ME2 a few times. You can delete the movie files to skip most of the intro, but you still have to do the walking through the ship bit, and a couple of shorter scenes.
The link is here:
http://www.gamespot....matic-53200964/
but the short of it is to rename these files in the Mass Effect 2\\BioGame\\Movies folder:
BWLogo
ME2_006_ON_AntiGlamour2
ME2_Opening_SunMid_INT
ME_EAsig_720p_v2_raw
NumberReel
Opening_End_Seq
Opening_End_SeqFM
Opening_Seq_INT
ProNor_Pod2
ProNor_Shepard_Rebuilt
ProNorEscape
ProNorEscapeAsh
ProNorEscapeKaid
Stick a ! infront of the names or something to rename then. Game just skips all those videos.

Thanks. I've already dealt with the movies, though. That still leaves Miranda's speech and rescuing Joker. I've heard that it's possible to "speed up" that bit literally, though I have no idea how to achieve that.DaBozUK wrote...

In addition, the tutorial contains an e-mail address for myself, if you are still confused and wanting someone else to perform the process for you. I can't guarantee anything, but I'm more than willing to help.

If face a tool that could convert headmorphs back to face codes would be nice too, but I guess that would only work if you hadn't tweaked the headmorph manually.

Hello everyone. I've seen quite a few people asking how to do this and so on, so I created a tutorial. You can find it at: http://faceeffect.bl...t-tutorial.html

Another fantastic blog entry on face import. Excellent work Pheonix!
If you are bored and fancy trying to beat StarAce to doing my shepard, I'd be chuffed if you could pull this off:

Would this one be any closer to what she really is than what the ME3 importer gives?

I don't even know where to begin on how my renegade Shep turned out though. The fact that they removed/changed the hairstyle she uses really throws me off when I try to eyeball it for problems.
You could use the Gibbed Mass Effect 2 editor to change the hairstyle of your Mass Effect 2 Shepard to one extant in Mass Effect 3. You could then use this modified Shepard as a basis for comparison.

Woah! That was quick (I take it you're not at work at the moment!)
It's hard to tell from that shot, as the first level has terrible lighting and makes all sheps look like monsters, but I have to say she looks pretty cute there.
Does she have any ducklip pinching and hamster cheeks when talking? I'll PM you and you can email me the headmorph if that's ok. I'll try tonight.
Was that just Lazarus conversion, or did you Gibbed any of the params?

It is just Lazarus, but I edited a few things in the ME2 CC itself, like the mouth depth. (Changes, which I hope are negligible.)

Small problem.

As you can probably see here, her eyes are in a weird state of looking slightly upwards. Anyone knows how this kinda thing happens?

You could post a pic along with a face code here, and one of us could give an attempt as time permits.DoctorEss wrote...
But yeah, if anyone has any pointers for what to do with my renegade Shep there, that'd be faboo. I don't even know where to start. I can spot minor stuff (makeup is wrong, etc), but it's difficult to eyeball just how wrong it all is.

If any one is willing to give it a shot i would be grateful. I have saves, images and gibbeds facemorph data from ME2.
PM me and i can email stuff over.

I posted a pic a bit ago, but I can do it again here. The facecode will have to wait until I'm home for the evening tonight. I assume nobody would want the ME3 code, they want the ME2 version, yes?
That'll be a bit later tonight that I can do that, as I have to start fresh and recreate the face from scratch, as it's an ME1 face originally.

Clarian, I love your FemShep. She looks tough but uniquely beautiful.
Thanks, that was exactly what I was going for.

On the other hand, does anyone else think she looks sort of like Adele?
Hmmm! Adele wasn't famous yet when I first made her in ME1, but now that you point it out, yeah, I can see some resemblance!

The ME3 Lazarus outcome didn't look bad at all.
Would give her this,
biog_hmf_hir_pro.Hair_PROCustomSexy.HMF_HIR_PROCustom_Sexy_MDL
BIOG_HMF_HIR_PRO.Hair_Sexy.HMF_HIR_Sxy_Diff
social.bioware.com/362/blog/211693/
Hairstyle. Imho more similar to her ME2 Hairstyle.
If you want the Reneged scars from start, set your Reneged points with Gibbed to Max.
Don't think that she needs much more tweaking.

She can re-earn the scars, that's not a big deal to me. I'll see what the hair looks like when I'm home tonight. Not 100% sure how to swap that with Gibbed, but I'm sure I can figure it out. See, when I look at her, she looks completely borked compared to her old self.
To me, there's barely any resemblance.
