Just
a suggestion, probably quickest way to help is to share the
headmorphs. Person who wants help exports their headmorph, then someone
else can retrieve it. Then you don't have to go through the ME2
unskippable intro. Just make a base ME2 game, import the morphs into
it, then export to ME3. Be sure to delete the facecodes in Gibbed, as
ME3 uses that as the default translation (which is why we have this
problem to begin with - grumble)

Btw, what I do to create a new Shepard quickly in ME2 is use this bit of coalesced modding:
