Did you try with and without offset bones?  OffsetBones is what worked best for me, or else I got oversized lips too.

I kept the option on always.  Is this what you mean?

Also, have you noticed that you get strange colours mapped across e.g. super hair highlights, and that if you do a Lazarus import over an existing Lazarus imported save, you get even more highlights.  It seems like the scalar conversions are addative rather than transformative (if that makes sense).

Try with it checked off.  OffsetBones checked off worked best for me.

I've noticed the same behavior too, but I normally apply my changes only on top of the base ME3 import instead of my edited model.

Finally i got my eyelashes to look right. And now my Shepard's face looks almost exactly like it used to.

Now if it's not a 100% match, it's damn close. I'd say that now any visible difference comes down to lighting and stuff.
Once again thanks to woodbyte for making it possible for us to play with our Shepards. Without you, i guess we'd still be stuck with hoping that BioWare would make a couple of their employees to spend a day of their precious time on fixing this issue for us.

Her you go.
upper eyelashes:
0, 2, 3, 7, 10, 11, 21, 22, 25, 28, 30, 31, 34, 45, 46, 49, 51, 54, 55, 57
middle eyelashes
1, 4, 8, 9, 20, 23, 24, 26, 27, 29, 32, 33, 43, 44, 47, 48, 50, 52, 53, 56

In Gibbed, Raw, Player, Appearance, Head Morph, LOD #1 Vertices.

Edit: I did forget: Increase the Z-Values between 0.4 and 1.0.

I've imported a femshep headmorph (from a lazarus export) into a save (admittedly a male shep save, as I'm at work and can't find a femshep save online... anyone?) and there are no values in LOD #1 Vertices.  Is this normal?  Only LOD #0 Vertices has any values in it.

Sorry, my bad. I meant LOD #0. Sorry again.

Lazarus converted my engineer beautifully, with one problem:

Posted Image

Anyone know if there's a good way to find out what the index number of those vertices would be in the LOD0 list? Lazarus shows the ME2 index numbers, but not the ME3 ones.

The save you need.

TSG base, hit the elevator and go forward to the Krogen women cut scene. Pretty good lighting, good closeup.

The program works for me now. Looks like I didn't copy the xml file the first time and that was what caused errors for me.

All I can say is thanks to everyone who worked on this, I've finally got MY Shepard back. It is amazing to me that fans have managed to fix near perfectly what Bioware could not.

Her hair is a little greyer than before but that is an easy fix in gibbed. Though to be honest I kind of like it like that.

That's OK, however I'm still being a thicky as I'm now confused on what values enter, as the Z-values that are already in for those vectors are typically 169.something.

Do you mean increase the values by 0.4 to 1.0?  e.g. increase from 169.430084 to somewhere between 169.830084 and 170.430084?

Exactly.

Edit: you probable should go no further than 0,5. They grow very long with 1,0.

Okay scratch that easy fix part. How do I change the hair colour? I make changes on the appearance tab in gibbed but they seem to get reset.

Edit: Made a appearance preset from a before Lazarus save and imported that into a Lazarus save and the hair colour was back to normal.

Top work again team.

@voteDC: Try this. Change the hair colour to whatever you like, then go to the Raw tab, then Player -> Appearance -> Morph Head -> Vector parameters. Then select HED_Hair_Colour_Vector. Click on the small triangle next to "Value", and you will see three values B, G, R (no need to bother with A). Copy these values down to Highlight1Color and Highlight2Color as well. Now save, preferably as a new save.

Thanks for the tip StarAce, I'll give that a try. Edit: Sorry about the ninja, your advice is still appreciated though as this is something I'd like to learn to do manually.

Sorry for yet another question but what settings should I be looking for when wanting to tinker with the eyes. I'd like to make them a little more open but I'm not sure where to go. I'd like them a little more like in ME2.

The only easy way is lowLid_Left and lowLid_Right in Raw, Player, Appearance, Head Morph, OffsetBone.
Set the X value a little to minus but be careful, much more than 0,1 will probably give you problems with the eyelashes.

Edit: She is pretty close to Traynor, isn't she?

Does any one know how to make a nose a bit shorter OTL .. may be by editing offset bone? I could do it by editing nose LOD0vertices but that's just too much of work OTL ..

X is currently at 4.648882, so what would you recommend? My first effort has just removed the lower eyelid completely.

I noticed that the first time I played. Threw me a bit that Traynor looked closer to my Shepard than Shepard did.

Someone (aka Bioware) really needs to do a headmorph editor with live renderings, so that you can tweak your Shep more easily.

Anyone think a renderer like that in the CC is possible?

And then a UI with categorised features where you can navigate to "Head->Face->Nose->Shape" and then adjust a handful of values, perhaps with sliders. Or "Head->Hair->Colour" and a set of colour pickers and sliders for the scalars. Similar to Gibbed, but focused purely on the headmorph, and better grouping of features for easy finding.

No, sadly there is no value for the nose in offsetbone.

4,598882 is this still too much reduce it further.

ah.. I figured much. Instead of changing nose height, I just made chin height longer haha

I tweaked my recreated default femshep a lot, especially nose, forehead and lips * v*)/ she looks awesome now.
Again kudos to Lazarus project which allowed me to see and find vertices visually.

She already looked awesome on the other page. You did make her even better? Could you Post Pictures? I already decided to give her a go for my next Play through.

*sniffles*

Whenever I load my Lazarus save file, my computer just... starts to stutter and subsequently freezes. What's going on here?

*edit* I used a save made midway through the game - maybe that's the problem. Which save is my import save? I'm a bit of a tech noob, so.. if anyone could help me out, I'd be grateful.
