12/3/2009 Update:
The module is still a work in progress, but I wanted to update the files. You can find them on my project page:

The download now contains 19 levels which include:
4 outdoor/terrain levels
2 caves
13 indoor/room levels
I've added placeables, minimaps, sounds, vfx, and people. Scripts and conversations are coming.
Sunlight
and water still don't work, even with the Eclipseray 1.1 patch and the
water trick the devs posted. You'll see some messed up lighting effects
in some of the outside levels, especially Bann's Manor. I know it's
there - sorry about that. Water crashes my toolset every time I try to
install a mesh, no matter how I do it - even through the single player
module.
Feel free to run around the levels. All feedback is welcome.
I do not need voice actors at the moment, but I can use some help on the following:
1.
If anyone is good at doing head morphs I have a bunch that I could use
help making. Please let me know if you're interested and I'll add you
to my project page and send a list.
2. I am posting my level
files in the hopes that someone else can add the water meshes and send
them back to me. I am hoping that even though I can't install a mesh
myself I can still open a file that has a water mesh. If you are
willing to help please let me know. PLEASE HELP - this water nonsense
is making me crazy. :-)
3. I am having a lot of trouble making
placeables out of models. The placeables show up, but they are not
clickable in the area editor or the game. I am posting a copy of my 2da
file so you can see what I did. They show up as clickable in their
properties, so I don't know what the problem is.
Let me know if you can help with any of these so I can add you to the project group.

Hehe, my tutorial module was called "Butt Secks" and it involved clearing out a hut of militant rent boys who repossessed the quest givers home when he failed to pay for their services.

Yes, I'm working on the scripts and the conversations (including quests) now. Water and sunlight are working great, so I just need to get custom placeables to work then I will be totally focused on conversations and quests. :-)
