It's not about what they promised, i couldn't care less....it's about what i expected for the conclusion of one of the best games i ever played....i expected something way better than this, The game itself was amazing and that's why i really can't understand why spoil everything with that "ending". It was like they gave me an amazing car to drive for a wonderful journey and on the last turn they put a wall and BOOM!...i'm thankful for the journey and for the car but....why the wall? Just my opinion, if you like it i'm happy for you. I just think the game deserved something better.

you EXPECTED, its a big difference. If you jsut EXPECTED something better you should stop acting like a pack of rabbid dogs that spew your pathetic hate all over these forums

OP while I agree that people have been going to far with the RME, I can't agree with you on painting all of them with the entitled brush. I would rather say that at this point that there are some who have accepted what Bioware is offering, and holy s*** it's free, did not see that one coming.

I'm one of optimistic people and understand how much they having riding on getting right the second time around, and I'm really hoping that they produce something amazing and make this mess go away. Will they get it right, maybe, but they already earned a bunch of points to keeping me as a customer with this offer. Unless it's a total disaster like the first time they have my support.

On the flip side of things there is a lynch mob. That most certainly does not include everyone, they just happen to be the loudest. I have read  some threads were people actually try to say something positive just to be flamed or be buried in this FTL forum. I know it appears like there is a lot of negativity, and there is, but please be careful when generalizing about people.

PS: There are those that have been complete d***heads for the last month and even more so since yesterday and can't see the good in anything, but that's certainly not everyone.

I have never said that ALL of them are pathetic, just the people that are acting like rabbid dogs. I have seen alot of smart, mature poeple that have voiced their opinion in a civilized manner, the people that flood threads with their pathetic hate isn't real fans

This post is nonsense. Entitled gamers can read more than the headlines. The official statement is very clear. As opposed to meadia statements that say we will get a new ending.

The ending will NOT be changed. NO choices will be added. Just more Cut Scenes!

The movement asked for an ending fitting of the franchise that makes our choices count.

Would you say they have done that? Stop reading IGN, and every other media site and go straight to the horses mouth. In a couple clicks you can see BioWares official statement.
