there is no case against bioware for anything. They messed up yes, but they did not falsely advertise the game.

how did they not? we were promised that ALL of our choices made an impact on the end...bs
we were promised no A,B,C choice end....again bs
everything they said in their advertisements was basically false.
so tell me how that IS NOT false advertising?

Are you people for real? I've been a fan of BioWare since Knights of the Old Republic back in 2003 and I have yet to play a game that's disappointed me. Some were better than others (and yes I am a fan of Jade Empire and Dragon Age II), but they've never created anything that truly sucks or that I feel is worthy of the backlash ME 3 has received. Our decisions in previous games had consequences in the third game. Shepard defeated the Reapers. What more do you want? Now you talk about the possibility of launching a lawsuit against BioWare? Get over yourselves.

There was never a promise that all of our choices would be part of the ending, it was assumed.

They never promised there would not be A B C choices, first it was in an interview, and secondly the exact wording of the phrase implies that they didn't want to implememt that kind of ending, not that they didn't put it in. Look at the quote, does it say "there will be no A B C ending", no it doesn't.

And by everything said in there advertisments were false, I'm gonna have to call you out there. What was advertised? Here is an advertising quote "in which every decision you make could have devastating and deadly consequences", this is clearly proved by the Rannoch deciosion. "Your old choices" matter, and proved by Rannoch.

Bioware never lied, they just never bluntly said the truth and while what they did was bad, this will never hold up in a court of law.

lol... I'm not laughing so much as to the idea but...

...why is anyone really surprised you could make a lawsuit like this? I mean worse cases have seen their day in court, if you are appalled now, I guess you never bothered to see what has already passed ---- and won in court.

The law is debased in that regard - reap what one gives life to, in this case, the Sue Monster.

this is getting ridiculous.

really now guys, a class action lawsuit because you didnt like the ending. just trade the damn thing in for another game that youll be equally dissatisfied with.

for the love of god, if this is what we've come to i wish there was a choice to allow earth to be harvested.

/this

honestly false claims pre release of a game ..never heard that one before...holy crap
That`s the most common thing in all advertisement.
Ever looked at all those fancy pictures fast food restaurants put everywhere..yeah now look at that burger you got and compare it.
K you feel tricked..i  get that ...this might sound harsh now but i think who ever is dumb enough to believe everything some PR-guy says or advertisement claims deserves what he is gettin.
Try to return your game, even amazon takes opened-ME3 versions in..cause a lot of peole wanted to return it ..and everything will be fine.
With this overagressive behavior you will get nothing and achieve nothing.

By falsely advertising the game to have and do certain things and then failed to follow up with their statements. That is illegal in the UK and quite frankly I don't think Bioware actually understands what they have actually done.

We see them here telling us "Its the ending we wanted and intended" even though we where told there would be 16 endings (Im sure that was BS anyway) but we where told no A,B,C choices and we got that.

Anyone in the UK could actually file a lawsuit against Bioware for this. So why on earth is Bioware sticking with their guns claim they are listening to the fanbase only to ignore them anyway?

They are in deep water already and some guy in the USA filed a complaint about bioware about their false advertising. Why is it only the fan base that can see this?

that...is not breaking any law, since most of this is inadmissable evidence and can be justified through advertising and marketing to change the ending.

And yeah, the FTC complaint is going nowhere, because then you need to go to court if EA is hit with a lawsuit, challenge the EULA which states that the company has the right to change things as they see fit...and it's a whole mess legally where no one will win except EA in the end.

Well but this is not helping anyone..you clearly state that you would buy any game this company sells..so your expectations are this _ low.
People like you need to realise that mankind differs in many ways.
And i honestly don`t like blind-fanboys/grils cause of this behavior we get this nonsensical mainstream **** everywhere, no matter if it`s movies or music..cause people will by the last piece crap cause them beeing a fan....
"get over yourselves" -> grow some demand and see how things can improve and evolve.
You will never get attackt just for having a opinion but as soon as you demand others to share you opinion you are free for all.

Oh my God, when will the flood of tears finally stop.

The game is done, it has an ending, deal with it. This is just pathetic.

So what, fast food restaurants do it all the time, along with vitamins, over the counter medicines, alternative medicine, all as seen on tv products, so on and so forth.

Bioware at least sold you something that's not going to blow up your gaming platform after you put the disc in 3 times, or will cost you hundreds of dollars a year.

Guys, we don't need this.

This is about as bad as the initial lawsuit that one guy did, and it will tarnish the Retake movement.

Legal action is not needed here. We already have a lot of the power in this battle. I suggest you read this to see what I mean:
http://social.biowar.../index/11141940

We can still get what Mass Effect deserves without resorting to "I'MMA GONNA SUE YOU!"
