Like many others, I logged into Dragon Age via the Steam Launcher, was in the correct profile, and clicked the link to redeem my code for Blood Armor. I was brought to BioWare's website, redeemed it, and 2 days later no DLC. Oh so wonderful. Tried most of the fixes listed above, to no avail. Hoping someone else can look into this.
Oh Steam and Blood Armor, why don't you love me
