I recently bought a copy of the EA classics version of ME2 and activated the cerberus network with the code that came with it. The network worked for my first time on the main menu but any time after that it refuses to connect (server/time out error) and whenever i try to connect with my account manualy it says that I haven't got the network and the key is used  have to buy it. Can anyone give me some advice before i start the runaround with the support.

Details:
Win xp sp3
game runs fine with my harware
I created my account through the game and it is my only account.
I registered the Cerberus Network through the game.
