Hi, if I playthrough ME1 and lets say im full renegade, kill the council, kill ashley, then I playthrough again with the same character but do full paragon, save council, kill kaiden etc.
Which choices would be in effect when I import that said character to ME2? Would it just be the most recent?

Yes and no. Every time you finish the game a new save is made, I think it's called a character save or something, that can be imported into ME2. So you would end up with two importable characters, one renegade who killed the council and left Flux without paying your tab or whatever, and one paragon who saved the council and tipped the waitresses etc, and you could import either of them. Or both of them to play separate paragon and renegade ME2 games.
