read above... you have to unlock them and the weapons.

It will probably be that weeks special pack, higher chance of the new stuff is my guess.

Reinforcement packs are the same packs we have already. Recruit, veteran, and spectre are all considered "reinforcement packs". The character cards are gold quality and therefore will need a lucky veteran, or a spectre pack.

There is a special pack that will be added to the stores that have these DLC items in them but it will be paid for or you can wait for your luck to show in the existing packs that are at the store.

Looks great but real original DLC title there Bdub. Where'd ya come up with that one?

Just a bummer that it's going to be a complete crap shoot whether we actually get them in our packs or not.

I preordered the CE, and I'm fairly certain she does actually have that outift as an option.  Ditto Ash, James, and I'd guess Kaidan.  I'll have to go check when I get home, though.

Thank you for this Bioware guys - it looks like a decent addition to the multiplayer, and its always great to get free stuff This'll get me back online for a few rounds! Asari Justicar and Geth Infiltrator are instant wants.

Well that kinda sucks. I hope it won't take me too long to get all these characters. I STILL don't have all of the original characters. I wish there would be a weekend OP that gave us bonus Credits instead of Bonus XP, but I digress. 

Really cool additions to the MP. I am excited to try out all the new stuff, provided I can unlock it all.

Not sure if its been mentioned but the new equipments are the Strength Enhancer, Targeting VI, Shield Power Cell, and Stabilization Module according to a psn blog.

ok... the Stabilization mod seems like a weapon mod. Maybe a more advanced version of the already exisiting stability mod for some of the weapons BUT the other 3 seem like mods you would put on Armor or in your helmit.  Thr Strengh enhancer (if used for close combat) would be a gauntlet or omni-blade addition. The targeting VI seems more like a chip you would install into your helmit or Visor and the Shield Power cell would be installed into you armor itself. SO... could this be another hint that they are going to be expanding into adding mods to other things and not just your weapons?

[*]I wanna play on Condor map because dam does that map look awesome. Trying to also figure out where Hydra is located at but my best guess is the Salarian homeworld on the STG base we did in Singleplayer. Condor is quite obvious to be Palvens Moon from the looks of it so hope we see Reapers walking on it in the background lol.

ok... youre right but for the life of me, as many times as i have had Liara in that outfit durring the game, I really dont ever remember her having the head dress tho. Maybe i was just to caught up in how snuggly it fit her lol. Thanks for the assist on this for me.

Hydra is on an Alliance world that was once owned by the Quarians.
