Damn, I really didn't want to come to these forums any more today. But I'm starting to wonder how long before "the truth" DLC is released.

True. EA said themselves they see micro transactions like Spectre Packs as the future of making money similar to hats in TF2. Many people will buy these hoping they'll unlock the new characters and weapons, because all this DLC is is just the maps themselves. i.e Money for EA, Goodwill position solidified, House wins.

I can aprreciate this even if im not happy about the design of the SP ending.

Personaly I hope Bioware explains that the destroy part didnt destroy all non reaper synthetics... that it was just a scare attempt by the catalyst reaper to avoid destruction and trick shepard into doing their dirty work.

Then eventualy I'll be dissapointed when Bioware shows how my geth infiltrator gets killed by the pulse along with all of its people after fighting your battles and tryign to save all advanced life in the galaxy.

But yes, the MP addition is welcome, wouldn't mind if had contained a new enemy aswell. Perhaps an indoctrinated Elcor with massive cannons/rocketlaunchers?

They should be focusing on making a decent fix for their horrific ending instead of wasting their time with these MP DLC's that contribute nothing to the SP storyline.

This was planned before the game out, considering the leak on Reddit/Imgur/4chan (don't care where it came from first).  These things don't magically get developed.

...just bait you poor naive children...so how long before the main game is binned and EA has you paying for "cool" new characters, gear, and expansion packs - if you don't believe me or think I'm "just a hater" please listen to EA's CEO on gaming microtransactions as the future of the business and a sound business model...

Then criticize if you like, please - just don't complain that EA is pulling a bit hard on your teats during the milking process

why oh why mass effect, how did we get to this, MP taking precedant over the single player. when i played the first 2 games the last thing i was thinking of was MP. im not bashing MP as was fun while it lasted, boring now tho and did they cap the weapons or summat?

neither did any batarian fought against massive waves of cerberus and geth forces.  Yet they will in this DLC. ^^
