Can't really play again, since nothing about any of the game will change except who Shepard shags towards the end. Can't even get the scene where Shepard breathes because I don't play MP (thanks again, Bioware! Genius!). Sad, 'cause I completed ME1 and ME2 about 10 times each.

ME2: More than 10, lost count as I wasn't keeping track.
ME3: Once, can't bring myself to play any of them now after the ending. Gutted, because it was so very perfect before that. Praying that Bioware will swallow any pride and just redo it in the end, they'd have us all for life then I think.

Ending killed re-playability for me, won't touch it again until we get more information about the DLC.

Mass Effect 1 - 3 times (I got it the Christmas before ME2 came out)
Mass Effect 2 - 12+ (Around 7-8 on XBOX360 and 5-6 on PS3)
Mass Effect 3 - 1 (Currently on a new game+ on insanity so I can get the Platinum Trophy on PS3)

Same here. I played ME1 and ME2 countless times and ME3 only once.

Twice, one for femshep and once for maleshep, the ending still sucked, not sure if I will be attempting a third, it took some time to get any motivation for the second play, but I needed to sate my curiosity on some things, like the EMS, discovered it's not possible to get over 3800 without MP or the apps, so that's another negative to the franchise.

I played through from ME1  - having Ashley kill Wrex, in ME1 w/o permission, because i can't do it myself 

Just to see if I could get the war assets up and the the fourth "easter egg" ending (or whatever it's called)

It didn't happen. Same endings as I got before.
(I'm a Single Player btw)

I've completed it once. I have another save that has made it through most of the game, but I don't see the point in completing it again until they release the clarification DLC.
