Once. Struggled with a second playthrough, got to Rannoch but after doing the Geth Fighter Base mission (which I missed in my first playthrough) I've just sold my copy of ME3.
POLL: How many times have you completed Mass Effect 3?

Once.
I've got two more playthroughs waiting, but I can't bring myself to continue with them after Rannoch.

Once. For the record, I played ME more than 6 times and ME2 more than 15.

Once.
After seeing the ending, I couldn't even bring myself to play ME1 & ME2, no matter how great/awsome/fun those two titles were for me. The ending completely kills my joy of replaying the whole trilogy.

Once, but I voted 2, since I'm at Earth again... I just can't bring myself to get to the beam yet.

Twice. And I doubt there'll ever be a third. This compared to 10+ in ME1 and 2.

I'm in the middle of my second playthrough. Plan to do a lot more, just as I did for ME2. Love ME3 singleplayer and multiplayer.

One time.
I did start a new game, but I can't be bothered to continue, I really honestly tried. I made it to Mordin's sacrifice and couldn't stand it anymore, it was already very difficult to make it to that point. I might continue that new game after the EC DLC is released, maybe, probably not, or never again, I'll see.

Once. I doubt I'll ever launch the game again.
Me too, I still like that bioware just surrounds themselves with yes men.

One and done. I had fully expected to have minimal 4 play through's completed at this point.
Compared to the 8 or so times I completed ME2. On 2 different systems buying the DLC for xbox AND PC. I am done. Bittersweet endings, even if I liked the game and thought they worked, still prevent me from replaying. I have enough depressing **** in real life going on that when I wanna escape from it, I don't wanna be depressed there as well.
If the DLC changes alot of things I will play through again, buuut I doubt it.

Just once...
Normally I just play halfway into a game and then restart and play parallel another character, sometimes it takes weeks/months to complete a RPG for me...
But ME3 I wanted to finish so badly! I wanted to see the Reapers burn and let them pay for all the billions of dead across the galaxy...then I finished ME3 and never returned...
I had even planned to play through all 3 Games again from the start...but that thought died an unworthy death on the citadel...

Once.
Although, TBH I haven't played any of the other games more times either.
I've just started over playing the series a second time. Hopefully, I'll be finishing the third game again AFTER the release of the extended DLC.

I never completed it. I wanted to reject all of Starchild's choices but the game would not allow me to do that. So I took matters into my own hands and ejected the disc.

Just once, after those endings the replay value of the game fell to zero.
It's what bothers me the most, I really wanted to play it like the 15 times I have played ME1 and 2, but after finishing ME3 just once, now I don't feel like playing it anymore.

Once, can't get a second playthrough. I just think,"WHat's the goddamn point? The endings are so bad."
This a 1,000 times. Probably I'll collect enough willpower in the end to do it 1-2 more times, but not soon. I'm very, very skeptical about this EC, and I don't see much chance for it fixing the enormous plot singularities that are consuming the ME universe and lore.
Just for the sake of comparison, I'm on the 4th ME1 playthrough right now and played ME2 6 times, while the 7th will be the one that is in ME1.
