On the Mass effect 3 website. There is a trailer, with a Krogan Vanguard, that displays it using the Biotic Charge ability. This is going to induce much nerf and whine, I think.

Unlikely.  Krogan vanguard looks awesome, but I predict human vanguard will still be best vanguard.

And it looks like the Asari Justicar Adept has a group Barrier... a la the Collector Base.

It indirectly says they will move slower than other Krogan. Shouldn't be a problem though, if you have a sensible environmental awareness.

I'm curious as to which other abilities they get.

I was playing MP yesterday and thinking, 'Maaaan. Imagine a Krogan Vanguard. But they'd never put that in the game, it'd be way too imba.'

I'm hoping for a brand new ability. Looks like a lot of the classes are getting them.

Batarian sentinel has some sort of electric net. Geth infiltrator has something that turns all targets red (I assume instead of cloak). Justicar has the bubble shield.

Krogan soldiers/sentinels rushing off to melee and dying. Vanguards biotic charging and dying. Now Krogan sentinels, hopefully two wrongs make a right. Either way I'll probably be Leroy Jenkins with this race/class combo.

I can already see it happening... It's going to be the only combination that elitists play and they kick out everybody that isn't one. Lets be honest here... 1200 HP, 1600 Shield, and you get charge which gives you full shields. In other words, it's impossible to die unless something instant kills you.
