My latest pack finally contained Krogan Soldier, so now I have all current classes. I think now I'll just save up credits to buy packs once the new classes are released on the 10th. I guess Krogan Vanguard will be Rare just like the other two Krogan classes. Or at least I HOPE they won't make it an ultra-rare, uh oh! The other additions... well, I certainly won't object to Asari Justicar and even Geth Infiltrator, but I have zero interest in the batarians.

Krogan Battlemaster Vanguard 
Krogan Vanguards are a brutish specimen. These fully mature krogan might be old and slow, but their biotic charge ability makes up for it. Their heavy shields and ability in close makes them a menace on the battlefield.


Might be the first MP Vanguard I like. No Nova spam, just Charge+shotgun. And it's a freaking krogan.

that may be becasue biotic charge didn't exist in ME1.

No NPC vanguard ever uses charge like we do and yet they are vanguards so I don't see the what the problem is.

The only thing could be that charge in my opinion seems it should take a great deal of biotic ability, but who cares, smooth that over for in game fun, lol!!!

Vassir from Lotsb is the only NPC vanguard that uses charge.  Thats why she is the best ME boss ever.


I move to officially call the class Kroguard for short.

I can just imagine the amounts of visual distortion going on when my Krogan is charging while in Rage mode.

He's going to get really dizzy, but that doesn't mean he'll stop swinging.

Check out Drell Vanguard with high leveled Claymore and cluster grenades. It actually works very well and is tons of fun.

Of late though, they've been pretty much avoiding nerfs altogether.  They've changed some weapons by buffing certain aspects and nerfing others, but outright nerfs haven't come down in several weeks.  I kind of take this as an indication that they are learning that outright nerfs don't go over well in a coop game, and generally aren't necessary anyway.

he was a mix of soldier and adept. That means Vanguard. He did not use fortification, he used barrier, a biotic ability. He could also use warp, stasis, and throw.

yes you are right he is a mix that would be the krogan battlemaster, not krogan vanguard

 battle masters have warp and throw ,stasis, barrier, not biotic charge this is going by the me 1 on wrex. so unless they decided to apease the ones that was crying for it i fail to see why they gave the krogan battle masters the biotic charge

Im not whinning about it. At this point of time its nothing more then a speculation.
