Has to be, no one else could possibly be such a exceptionally huge pile of douchebag.. Right?
indeed, i'm wondering if blaming Kai Leng could be used for a meme, it would fit well with Bioware's epic fails
*cough cough* Cerberus fail you mean? I'm sure Bioware could not possibly in anyway have something to do with it

For all of the clowns hating on people who did not understand the terms of the in store packs - does any of the information Derek provided indicate that there would be special DLC packs? Not everyone saw the PAX video but heard that DLC was coming out and that reinforcement packs in general were going to have the content - they never specified anywhere except PAX that there would be Resurgence reinforcement specific packs.
I'm not upset, I couldn't really care less about fake money, but better communication about these things in the future would save Bioware the headaches they'll all be sharing today at the office. Funny thing is this is probably just one dude's fault who forgot to push the patch because of the holiday. Sucks to be that guy.

EA- Paid DLC
Valve- Free DLC
EA-70%EAprofit
Valve-70%Gameproducerprofit
EA-Console based
Valve-PC based
Cant really compare both

What worries me is that there is no officials saying that the characters aren't unlocked yet. Infact on twitter, they act surprised when told that there aren't any new characters in the spectre packs..

i found that unusual too, they want us to contact EA for support....

It does make sense to me but it doesn't justify the time differentiation between when it its released on xbox live vs. pc one of those 'you need to be in the industry to see their point of view moments' i guess.
I too hope it will be out soon (as every other pc user has been praying for hours!) I just went saw American Pie Reunion to pass the time and still no sign of dlc through origin or social bioware network i not complaining- just observing.
I really intrigued about the unique character abilities and powers- ad how powerful will the melle charge be with the Krogan Battlemaster>!? woooff! itl kick serious ass!
It is to be expected that these unlockables will be rare. And even without watching the youtube clip it makes sense to me- so long as they don't do a last minute change to the way the original dlc is intended to be structured! And fair enough they will be rare.
I wonder though if the Resurgance pack will appear as part of 'shopping at the "store", after downloading the dlc- which is what bioware have been saying i like to think is what will happen right? will the Resurgence pack be a permanent addition to the store? Or is the dlc just contain the data for future unlockables? meaning the dlc is for data and the resurgence pack itself is just added like 'bonus' packs are by the pple who run the server at bioware?
Anyone know how this may work?

you do know that bioware is just part of EA right? that'd make sense
I'm on the xbox, have the DLC, the maps, but no packs to buy except the regular ones which others say don't contain the characters

So Titus, now i confused different formats for different console/pc types? are you saying you got all the characters already unlocked through this dlc in xbox? that all the weapons upon downloading actually were automatically available in the main inventory? after you dl the dlc, how did you obtain/ unlock all the items/ characters then>?
