The characters and weapons haven't been released yet, however the maps were in the 216mb dlc.
Correct me if I'm wrong about the characters and weapons.

Probably assigning speed based on download start order. Meaning, the first ones to start get the most. Otherwise I don't understand, since my conn usually gets peaks of 6MB/s.

People are basing this assumption off of a video that they elected to misunderstand.

In the video, they said that you unlocked the characters and weapons like everything else, AND that they would release resurgence packs that ONLY had stuff from the expansion.

How the ****ing hell people aren't understanding this is completely beyond me.

Apparently, yes. Check the XBox Live page.

Like I mean in the in game store can you buy the "Reinforcement pack" which give you the new characters and weapons

It's an addon, not an update. You have to "shop" (it's free) for it in the information section of the game in Origin.

 ok from this post on if you've downloaded the DLC and have a map pr character please also post what console you're on so most of us know what's happening and where..

Any pack can give you characters, though the Spectre pack seems like the one to have more chances (it's luck, it's not 100% probable) of giving you a character. And the same goes for weapons.

That's what people are saying, but as far as I know, there's no such pack.

Last time I am posting. Not being rude, but don't want to get flagged for spamming. PS3 store always updates around 6pm EST. That is when we will get the DLC.

Not a lot of people saw that video. I only saw it because of this thread. That was a fan video from a convention. BioWare never mentioned DLC specific packs in the trailer nor in the press release. So just spread the word for people to wait and dont treat them like its common knowledge

So with the "pack", will we get ALL of the characters or are they going to make us wait extra. The acquisition of characters was vague and I've wasted my own actual revenue trying to go ahead and grab A character/weapon.
