The Avatars. Toon is slang for cartoon. The short of it is the term is an alternative for the avatars or characters in games. It originated due to the graphic representation style in many games being similar to animation.

Kill stuff, earn exp, complete objectives, earn money, buy packs, unlock weapons/mods/chars, rinse, repeat.

But there's also the reverse in effect...i have an N7 over 500...so when i take a lvl 1 char into a bronze i get booted almost instantly due to my HIGH N7...most i find in bronze are uner 100... T.T
So i got into the habbit of attempting to solo bronze, most of the time failing...but gaining levels until i can join silver with said character...it sucks.

Or we could do what we want and actually grow a spine.  We need to complain and yell loudly or eventually we will be sold hollow games of no substance.  Then the companies will tell us that we like these hollow games because they told us that we like them.  Damn these companies to hell with their money grubbing evil practices.

And for once our complaints have actually gotten us somewhere.  We have squeezed out the extended true ending for free.  And not just any ending either if you go by the indoctrination theory, but the REAL ending!

Fair enough if you want to sell some DLC after the game, but to withhold the TRUE ending, leaving many players angry, well, what if lord of the rings ended with Golum biting the ring off Frodos hand and 2 months later they sold you the rest of the ending for $10.00?  The people at EA are SCUM for doing that.  Real scum.  And they're trying to hurt US the little people.

No.  These companies are going too far and we should be damned should we have to bend over to them.

It's not like that, actually. It can instead go thus (in my experience)

Actually, it is. You are guaranteed to get character cards after maxing out all weapons.

It's certainly not a case of "all you have to do to get characters is play multiplayer", in and of itself- one must play multiplayer, then one must be lucky enough to get avatars unlocked.

By the logic of "just play more", one could say that the trick to winning the jackpot on the machines in Las Vegas is, well, to play more. Eventually you'll win.

The more content the better, the multiplayer is already great and keeps you coming back with the packs. More characters and places to see is good for me.

Anyone know why i just constantly unlock a Carnifex or the Mantis? I have not had a new weapon unlock in quite a while, always something really ****e.

The Raptor is practically my assault rifle and sniper due to not having any other decent weapon.

Careful. When ask for clarification on something especially a tech issues the troll types will accuse you of not playing or worse. After all they never have issues because in their world all perfect for them and accordingly it should be for others.

Spectre package and i just got a ****ing Mantis, AGAIN. 60,000 credits down the drain for no reason!

I am serious, why the hell am i just getting a Mantis?!

Ugh, fingers crossed i get something new next Spectre package...
