Mods: If there is an actual forum for this type of question, please let me know.  I did not see one in the forum list, and since it "sort of" has to do with ME3...I'm posting it here.

I know this isn't ME3 related, but I thought I would ask here anyway...one of my major reasons for building a new PC was to pump the graphics up on ME3 (I don't own much else that I'd play recently), but since I'm going to quit MP (and don't play SP since there's no point after that ending), I was going to try Kingdoms of Amalur.

I mean, I also do work with graphics and virtualization, but I try not to "work" at home...it makes my beer taste bad.

I've been to various sites (cyberpower, ibuypower, dell alienware, etc) and have seen some great deals.  I'm not looking to spend a huge chunk of change...probably $1,000 or less.  They have some decent rigs for the $700-$850 range, usually with an i5 -2550 and 1 or 2gb GTX 560Ti, but I've been out of the loop so long with computer hardware that I easily get lost in all of the choices.

I'm just looking to get something that's going to be able to play anything coming out over the next few years.  Drive space is a non-issue...I have about 10TB worth of storage on a server that I've been running at home for a few years now, so not much is stored locally.

Does anyone have any ideas as to some good deals going on right now?

See, I went there, and ended up creating a few setups, but I've no idea what I'm doing, lol.

I lowered the processor on there in order to keep the price as close to $900 as I could get, for Spousal Approval.  Was going to bump it to an i5 2550k (not sure if it's good but it seemed like the best bang for the buck) before buying ;-)

I know, I'm going to burn one of these days
