I just fired off a tech support request to Bioware over a related question and was given an automated response about the Blood Dragon Armor only being available in physical copies of the game due to their being printed on Rage cards or some such. Did I read that right? If so, that is an unappreciated low blow.

Well considering that digital retailors advertised the Blood Dragon Armour I'd better hope Bioware was wrong. I paid for it, I want it.

It is available for digital copies. Either you misunderstood him, he mispoke, or he misunderstands. Digital copies get it from e-mails.

if it is Eastore would be guilty of false advertisement as they clearly advertise theyr digital version with blood dragon armor for both delux and normal.

I know for the Steam Deluxe download it is listed right on their store page - I am pretty sure everyone gets the Blood armor.

I have a key from D2D for my blood dragon armor - should be showing up in your DLC if you have entered the code.

I got three codes from Steam for my Digital Deluxe Edition, one of which is longer and doesn't have dashes like the typical CD key (it's labeled Deluxe Game key). Anyway, I entered all of those in the "Redeem Promo Code" under "Profile" on this site. When I did, it said it was accepted in green and not accepted in red, but I was able to get all the items promised for pre-ordering the DDE with Steam, including Stone Prisoner/Warden's Keep, the three items, and the blood dragon armor. If you haven't, try that. You may need to update your points in the game itself a few times. It took a minute or two for the game to recognize, but then it automatically started downloading everything.

Entering any code in the "Register Game" part of this site doesn't seem to work or do anything.

this is not true. I purchased my copy for Direct2Drive and I have all of the DLC that is currently available. Experiencing no issues.
