I've been playing MP with no problems at all.  But today, during a bronze match, my game suddenly cuts to main menu and says "lost connection to EA server".

I play on the PC.

What's going on?

Had no problems whatsoever last night but now I am unable to connect to EA servers as well. Perhaps something is being done to the servers?

Same problem in the past few minutes.

The people I was in a lobby with kept their connection though, but ME3 is giving me the
"The Mass Effect 3 server is currently unavailable at this time. Please try again later" message.

Origin kept connection though.

Ugh i can't even load a saved game, let alone playing the mp.

This is stupid why can't I load a save game where my DLC has already been authorized just because I don't currently have connection to the ME3 Server?

This means I can't play ME3 at all if my internet is down?! I already purchased the product my access should not be restricted based on wheather I have internet connection or not!

 My game actually crashed - then I got back into the game, and it wont let me load the game/resume.
Says that I need to connect to the Mass Effect Aliance server where I have authenticated my 'From Ashes' DLC.


- this is such a joke.
DRM is one thing, but  when Biowares own servers are unreliable, it borders on Negligence that is affecting the customers.

Is is a prime example of DRM driving your core customer base to pirate.... you know you have an issue when the pirate are getting a better gaming experience than your paying customers.

Same here and this is a Big problem for me. 

Given that Im a  Soldier in a few mouths I'll be Deploing  and more than likey will not have internet my pod at the FOB. I was counting on being able to playing it on my down time over there as a fom of excapisum .Now it looks like  that well be going out the window

If you're trying to play SP with DLC cause MP just isn't working, switch Origin to offline mode. Your GaW level may be bumped down to 50% but at least you'll be able to play.

Coppernicuzz  is right, it will play ,but it as another side effect that being Javik he becomes unselectable  as a squdmate when it is set to offline

I've been having all sorts of these issues today. Occasionally when I first log on the game wont connect to the servers at all. When I can finally connect I get dropped occasionally. Some of my games also have been very glitchy today, far above the norm.

 I noticed when I got on some of my characters they had some of their abilities reset that I had set up on my last game last night. In addition I also had some rockets and survival kits I hadn't had when I got off. These 2 things alone almost point to a crash or server reset at some point early this morning.

Games run fine for me since release all the way up to last night.

Just happened to me then - what pisses me off the most is that I have a physical copy of the CE and can't play my games cos my saves have DLC that needs authorization. I mean seriously, I have the ****ING DISC RIGHT HERE!!!!!! Origin and EA can F*CK right off - super paranoid ****holes the lot of them

Normally I wouldn't second guess my net connection but I recently had some issues with it which stemmed from a hop or two on my ISP's network.

It would be helpful if Bioware disclosed the IP(s) of EA's server(s) so we can check we have good routes to them.

I'm usually very polite as well but have to fully agree with you. It becomes very annoying and WHO is suppposed to give us back our sets we used in game that has crashed due to ********* servers?

EA wants us to play MP? Fine but then provide normal stable servers not that sh**t you have now. I lost multiple sets I had to buy for credits or BW points just casue your freaking servers are crashing.

I've been having it occur at an increasing amount the last few days. I've just come here after it having occurred 5 games in a row, 2 of which were on wave 11, this is just getting ridiculous.

At this rate the Premium Spectre Pack is going to expire before I get a chance to buy another one.

There have been a lot of users who are lucky to get any games to extraction since launch of this game because of this very issue.

It's not a new issue folks, just seems even more people are now getting it. Way to go EA, patch a game and make the experience even more buggy.
