To start off I love Dragon Age, easily one of the best games I have ever played. The story is engaging, it lures you in and twists your emotions like few games are capable of. The choices in this game are rarely easy, and often the choices that seem "good" in the short term backfire in the long run.

The characters seem very real to me, they have their own stories and agendas, and if you neglect them there is a price to be paid. I wish some of their side quests were a little longer, but that is a small complaint.

I am truly disappointed with the support for this game however. I have not been able to play the Stone Prisoner since redeeming the codes, it is simply not in the game. After going through on the self help threads on this site and the FAQs on EA I finally decided to contact support. The first fellow I talked to was rather nice, he helped me download get the files downloaded manually. Yet while the Dragon Armor was in the game the quest and viallge for the Stone Prisoner was not. In addition despite being logged in I could not see any new DLC to download.

After being bumped up to a Dragon Age specialist I wait several days to get an FAQ emailed to me that has nothing to do with my problem. I explain this and explain clearly my problems only to wait another week and a half to get a reply with two more FAQ's that I have already tried.

What kind of customer service is this?? Can't they at least call me and help me resolve this issue? Or am I going to go another month of waiting while getting faqs emailed to me?

Bioware, please, I have always supported and praised you. I realize this is more EA, which is your parent company now, but something has to be done about this. How can a paying customer that wants to buy more DLC be treated in such a way?  Someone, anyone, please talk to support staff. I understand hold times and wait times, but having to go through that and then get treated to just another email with another useless FAQ is infuriating.
