I apologize if this has already been discussed elsewhere, but some of the plot flags on Gibbed's ME3 save editor appear inaccurate. Specifically, even though I always saved Shiala and the Zhu's Hope colonists, the following two boxes are not checked off for any of the three characters I've imported into ME3 so far:

[Feros: The Thorian] Shiala survived
[Feros: The Thorian] Zhu's Hope saved

Also, while Jacob's loyalty mission is marked as completed, none of the three outcomes (Dad arrested, Dad marooned, Dad suicide) are checked off.

For what it's worth, I did check one of my last saves for the one character I've played through to the end and found the same errors, and I did still get Shiala and the Zhu's Hope militia as one of my war assets, so maybe this doesn't mean anything.

What I'm wondering is whether I can use the save editor to fix the red/auburn hair for one of my FemShep characters without screwing up the plot flags and having the game think that Shiala and the Zhu's Hope colonists died and that Jacob's dad...well, I dunno...vanished into a puff of air or something?
