I just created a thread on this, but will post here too. What if Indoc IS true and the Extended cut goes like this:
If you choose Synthesis or Control, you are screwed. Your Extended Cut DLC basically tells you, in epilouge, that the cycle completed and began again, with the Reapers destroying everything.
If you choose Destroy, and you don't have enough EMS to 'wake' you find out that Sheppard did in fact die (he fought off indoc just enough) but his final act of defiance was enough for the fleet to win. Somehow they write it up so that the Relay's sent out a sort of EMP that disabled the Reapers and allowed them to be destroyed by the combined fleets/armies of our allies, but the Relay's themselves stayed intact. Then we get epilouges of all of our friends/crewmates who were still alive.
If you choose Destroy, and you have enough EMS to 'wake' it goes as such. Pretty much what I said above, where somehow they write it up so that the Relay's sent out a sort of EMP that disabled the Reapers and allowed them to be destroyed
by the combined fleets/armies of our allies, but the Relay's themselves stayed intact. Shep wakes from the indoc attempt having fought off the Reapers final push to make him the next Saren. Then we get epilouges of all of our friends/crewmates who were still alive. Including what happens to Shep and his/her LI.
In theory, thet 'COULD' do this, thus proving indoc.
But will they?
Hey I can always hope.
That'd be cool , but without access to MP my game is basically still the same **** it always was.
Huojin,
I agree. They need to fix that too. Maybe a patch that adjusts the points you get so that you can get 4000 EMS. I never play MP and I do NOT have an XB Gold account so that aspect really pissed me off.
