"So that's the first, and that I tried to write that as just a good sendoff for a good character. Doing what he wanted to do"

Too bad Shepard didn't get the same treatment...

Yep, Shepard acting so out of character in the last few minutes is a big part of why the ending sucked, didn't make sense, and was not satisfying. Plot holes...I can come up with creative explanations for those and still be kind of okay. Space magic is not actually terrible there. But Character holes...no, that **** is not okay.

"I wrote the way I thought fans probably wanted it to end, which was on this amazing note of friendship. That scene up on the rafters --"

Shame the ending didn't go the same way.

And you leane on that statement b/c of the endings?

*facepalm*

Holy crap. Of course. No payoff with the characters. No resolution. Just expectation built up with what used to be the final conversations. They just either are a) killed  B) never mentioned in the ending or c) appear randomly on the Normandy. So yes, that's why I lean on that statement b/c of the endings.

*sigh*

This is sad really.

Missions like Tuchanka show how much talent there is at BioWare. But where was that talent on the last 10 minutes in the game?! Oh right, they didn't get to touch is, Casey wanted it all by himself.

Wasting time dissecting stuff people liked like bosses

That would be a good question.  I would LOVE it if someone asked them (during QA), if they would clarify who exactly was the final boss of the game.

Talking about the amazing things overshadowed by the Ending questions is just like rubbing it in BioWare.

Very classy.

They don't want to discuss the ending, they are avoiding it with all their might hence the amount of time spent on all things non-ending.

Yup, but it still means they are there. Complaining doesn't deny that.

Yeah, but they said 150 intuitive, 150 ambient. This is untrue.
