It was all a dream. The ending is really a huge metaphor for what class you will roll in the upcoming multiplayer dlc. It all makes sense now!

This is all wrong. The Geth should be green, since they die in red.  Asari should be blue because of the embrace eternity thing.  Batarian is obviously red.
