1. Turn on ME2, start the game, play until you get to character creation screen
2. Alt Tab
3. Turn on ME3, go to character creation screen
That way i was able to recreate my Sheps face with almost 100% accuracy. Just alt tab all the way and compare the face you are building in ME3 with the canon one, imported on ME2.

I've been avoiding Ms T'Loak because I know I can't finish the chain.I get to the part about where one of the gangs she wants to recruit is headed up by a psycho currently incarcerated by C-Sec.
Your options are:
get the psycho released.
encourage his more rational and stable second in command to take over the gang
I took that second one.
But the mission never completed!
Hence, why I'm avoiding it, I hate having missions in my log that won't finish.
Also, I would like to holster weapons, sometimes, I find it annoying running around with guns out all the time, especially when there's no point.
I.E. We're in a deserted reactor and I'm fixing the control console, is it really necessary to point my gun at the keyboard? Are those nasty letters going to bite me?

The Aria mission doesn't have a bug. You need to have the psycho released, encourage his more rational and stable second in command to take over the gang like you said and convince and talk to Darner Vosque and convince him that you'll kill General Oraka. You need to complete all those 3.

That's genius!! Hope that some thought of that.
I did something similar in Xbox, where I made my Shep in the ME3 demo, then used that code in ME2, copy my original Shep, took the other code, used it in ME3 (full game) and the tweak.
I know, I complicate things

The game still isn't functioning correctly. At this rate, it will be months before they fix the BSOD... at which point I will have moved on and lost all interest.

Bioware have announced a new patch which fixes the face import bug among other things
Details can be found here: http://blog.bioware.com/
Patch Notes:
April 9th – PC
April 10th – Xbox and PS3and just to make it official:devil:
- Fixed issues when in some cases Shepard’s customized facial features from ME1/ME2 may not be properly imported to ME3
- Fixed an issue when quickly and repeatedly selecting to Resume a Save could result in Player Level reset and a potential locking of powers.
- Fixed an issue when selecting Multiplayer in the Main Menu while under a poor network connection could result in an unresponsive state.
- Fixed a potential crash while accessing an in-game terminal from Eden Prime level.
- Fixed an issue when attempting to login while Server is down. It would display a Server Down message and accepting the Server Shutdown message would shut down the game.
- Fixed a potential memory crash while loading a Quick Save of a custom FemShep.
- Fixed an issue when restarting missions and acquiring an above max amount of weapon mods results in displayed debug text on-screen.
- Fixed an issue when an unresponsive game state could occur during transition after the Conduit level.
- Fixed an issue when DLC game saves can be accessed from an account without DLC if another account on the same computer has access to the related DLC. (PC Only)
- Fixed an issue when saves from different accounts on the same computer may become locked if one account has access to DLC which the other account does not. (PC Only)
- Fixed an issue when potentially the game could enter unresponsive state when transitioning from the Holding Docks area to the Normandy Docks area of the Citadel. (PS3 Only)
umm is it just me or did they completely ignore some of the more serious and potential game breaking bugs? wtf
and no i am not referring to the endings..

- Shep not looking at the person he/she is having a conversation with.
- Shep giving Tali an invisible rock on Rannoch (ruins the scene)
- Parts of Sheps hair turning semi-invisible during certain places (Javik room especially) Problem with shaders I'm guessing.
- Audio cutting out randomly (C-sec officer in embassies starts talking, stops halfway through) and many other instances
- Liara LOTSB romance glitch/bug
- One of the Quarian admirals heads doing a 180 in conversation with Shep on Normandy
- Hanar diplomat terminal glitch
- Characters not appearing in conversations (had this happen on the mission with ex-cerberus scientists when squadmates talk to Jacob)
- Barla Von being listed as in the presidium commons when he is missing altogether (after cerberus attack)
- Characters not located in the correct place on the mini-map on the Citadel
- Not a bug as such, but the journal could do with improving, so that it actually updates.
Im sure there are others I can't think of right now.

Haha I did the same thing. Just copied the face code out of the ME2 screen and pasted it into ME3. Same exact face, screw the bug!

I was REALLY hoping these would get fixed. VERY distracting and stupid looking when trying to stay immersed in the game. Can't believe these weren't addressed in the first patch.

Guess what, I did that. But without the nose that existed in ME1 and suddenly, apparently disappeared in ME3 for no reason I would understand or without the badass haircut I chose in ME1 I wasn't able to recreate my Shepard.
