That's a bit naive at best. Just because they missed up the ending in your opinion and didn't test face import enough doesn't mean they would announce things in public that aren't going to happen.

Thanks for the Import fix btw, I though it was my fault for the longest time but now I know it isn't so I can finally carry over my male playthrough! (I couldn't rememeber the facecode I used before and I hate default Sheps face.)

Do you mean giving the ME2 love interests a brief flashback instead of Liara? A "fix" won't be coming for that since they apparently didn't even bother making clips for them at all.

Yes, there was. It can be fixed via save editor, because BioWare apparently don't want to. Same applies to the Ken/Gabby romance subplot (which doesn't trigger if you don't recruit and act nice towards Ashley).

1.2. Set Liara to recognize the romance activities related to LoTSB

a. Open save game editor and then go to the "Plot" tab.
b. Input all of the following IDs (one by one) into the "Bool" textbox. Then press "Get" button. Tick the box for to set  
    true.

*14169, 6927, 6931, 6815, 7051, 7035, 7151 and 6941

Hopefully this "patch" fixes the endings. They never said this patch wouldn't fix them! All they said is that the DLC wouldn't./ wishful thinking

I didn't see it mentioned in the patch notes so

The mission on Tuchanka inwhich you have to rescue the downed Turians, I find that if you destroy the harvesters somewhat quickly one of the battles glitches with no enemies appearing resulting in the game not progressing.
Is this addressed in this by chance?

It's almost 6am here US Eastern Time, patches (and DLC too) don't come out this early in the morning. Heck the PSN doesn't usually update with any new DLC until the afternoon.
