I started a save for insanity mode and i am up to the part were you have you have to go search for the primarch with garrus,at the part were the  brutes attack with marauder i died but i had just upgraded my particle rifle because i knew how hard this part would be and when i reload my save i have avenger with no upgrades.james still has his particle rifle but for some reason the heavy weapon that is on the ground isnt here anymore too
