We just want to know why anybody likes the ending, or if that is even a legit stance.
Your whole side on this owes us to know why they like the ending, perhaps there is no reason.

That? Right there? Is why we call you entitled. Because you DO believe you're owed - the very definition of entitled. It is up to each individual whether or not they want to explain why they enjoyed the endings. It is not owed, it is not mandatory, it is not something you can badger people into doing.

Look, the gut-wrenching beauty in a narrative is like that in music.  Some folks just have no ear for it.  I'd leave it at that.

This thread is about the ending. Almost everyone likes the game before the end.

Gotta give it time, Tazz. Gotta let BioWare know the ending DLC is unacceptable - even if they won't fix it.

to be clearly honest and again this isnt trying to start a bicker fest but all this negativity really is sucking the fun out of not just the boards but gaming as a whole for me, yea i have an option not to post here but i have a right to just like everyone else

im trying to look past it but people keep recycling old threads with basicly the same topic title and its like seriously this again?

imo and mine alone bioware gave fans an answer when they didnt have to and yet people are still complaining.

it's like is it really about the ending anymore or is this an attempt at a controll battle on who owns mass effect now?

thats how im looking at it because  alot ( not all) but alot of people make it sound like they themselves drive to the studio, work on the game when they havent

as far as me i take it as its not the fans of this franchise that will be mocked it will be all gamers from any franchise now because just like the retake movement the media will spin it out to be something that isnt and that is all gamers alike are cry babies

i love the game even if i have my own nitpicks and the ending imo was just ok enough for me to enjoy the game

as far as dlc go's hey im downloading it regardless because im a hardcore fan

Ok I'll give it a go. First I always had a feeling the story would not have a happy outcome so I knew that going in. Second  I just simply don't have a problem with the Catalyst or "star brat" as many are calling him. IMO The existence of him doesn't create plot holes. Now forgive me it's been a few days since I saw the scene but if I remember correctly  he doesn't say  that he fully controls the reapers. Also as for the main issue about why Soverign even existed I think it's quite simple. The Protheans according to vigil disabled the signal allowing the reapers to open the relay. So noone including the Catalyst could open the realy it had to be done manually. So IMO no plot hole. I don't mind the three choices as they are different just not enough to please everyone. My ONLY issue is Joker and how everyone got on the ship and why he was running. Did he know what was about to happen? Did they think Shep died when the beam hit him? Those are my only gripes and they are minor IMO and ones I believe they will clarify thus I'm back to loving the ending.

I may sound like that but a i am not trying to, I can't wrap my mind around that why does anyone like the endings.It does not make you smarter than me if you can't even explain why you like them. I just can't get over it.
The rest is just genralization from outlaw, so it means nothing.

I'm smart enough to realize no matter what explanation I give you, you will continue raging and trolling. You are the reason why Retake is slowly going down hill. Your rudeness, arrogance, and down-right childish behavior keep you from achieving better. 

I can ask you another question in return. Why make such a big fuss over the ending? Let me break it down in the same snide way you did to us:

1) You must be a lonely ****** that is out of touch with reality
2) You care just a bit too much
3) You are just another bandwagon sheep who can't form his/her own thoughts and likes

I like the ending because I liked what it did for my story, and the way it made me feel when it was over. Done.

But look at this poll. Only 10% are happy with this DLC. The rest are uncertain or don't like it.

Even if BioWare plans to do nothing more about it, there are still a lot of people that want an epic ending to the epic Mass Effect story.

I will take time for people to give up. Or maybe BioWare will respond.

Only 2% here like the ending as-is.
