 I read somewhere (some post in a week-old General thread) that Quarians can get up to 800 assets, but both playthroughs I've had them at 400 something (Both times I made peace)

Is it possible to go higher? And how?

Killing or rewriting the Geth heretics does not change how many war assets you gain if you make peace with them and the Quarians as they gain or lose the same number of points.

Killing the Heretics in ME2, Save Admiral Koris and not his crew during that sidemission on Rannoch, and disable the geth fighters on the other Rannoch sidemission are the big ones.

I think there are a couple of smaller modifiers too, but I'm more iffy on those
