Guys, if you are using the proper terminology FPS = Frames per second, then it means you need to turn down the graphic settings for your game since it has nothing to do with your internet connection. Frame rates are based on how powerful your CPU/graphic card and how much RAM you have.

OP was talking about horrible connection that he/she has to other players, probably exceeding 100ping which causes delays to weapon dmg, accuracy of powers, and possibly "rubber banding".

On topic, this games needs a region filter for quickmatch making, at least 3/4 matches lag like crazy.

Like I said, I have no issue in Single Player I can play it for hours and never get a tiny bit of lag. But, when I come to Multiplayer after 2 - 3 games my FPS just drops to nothing. The longer I am on the Multiplayer Menu the worse my lag becomes in the next game. 

They is nothing wrong with my computer's CPU/Graphics Card and/or RAM.
