first of all - plz sorry for my english 
i have weird issue
i switched from my old GTX260 to ASUS HD 6950 1gb and so far perfomance is worse then before
I get 60 fps but occasionally when i turn around it drops like for a 1-2 seconds too 45
not a big dill but it is rly noticeable
for example in the beginning of the game when you making your first jump with Anderson - fps drop. And if u come back and do it again - it will be 60. It is like the game was loading something ot streaming or what? 
i had always stable 60 fps with gtx260 on high settings in 1280x1024
so whats causing this problem on 6950? 
I have all latest drivers

my specs are:
quad core Q9400 2.6 ghz
4 gb RAM
windows 7 64bit

i thought about CPU bottleneck BUT every other game runs perfect, much better then with GTX260... expect for Mass Effect 3
