Vanguards are an Adept's best friend. Warp / Reave everything in your sight and watch that living cruise missile creating series upon series of beautiful explosions. They also tend do be pretty awesome at occupying heavies, so that your Infiltrator can line up shot after shot without fearing for retaliation. And in the same time they clear up the rabble that usually accompanies a heavy. I love them, and I love playing them.
If only Reave classes didn't have that annoying sound...
Yeah thats the only thing ugly about the Reave is that awful lingering sound it makes after using it.
I'm somewhat neutral with the Vanguard class I've seen people good using Vanguards to help clear the battlefield a little faster and I've seen people just rush into a crowd of hostiles and get death stomp to the face. I personally dont like using biotic charge with my Krogan Vanguard I treat it like my cobra missiles. Use it if you really have to. Though its a great quick rescue if one of your teammate goes down and an enemy is about to curb stomp him or her.
