This should seem obvious, but it will have an insanely high barrier, a natural affinity for SGs and Charge. Does anyone else think this is OP and we will be seeing only Krogan Vanguards from now on? What bothers me more is the fact that Krogan Sentinels and Soldiers will have lost their value now.
The Krogan Vanguard will make all the other Krogan obsolete, i.e. will be way too OP.

Do we know what skills he gets besides Charge? They'll probably balance it by not giving him Nova, and instead giving him some stupid combination like Pull and Shockwave.

The way I see it the Krogan Vanguard will play like the Vanguards of ME2. I haven't seen the full class skill-list, if there is one actually available, but I have a feeling the KV won't have the massive Melee damage of a Krogan Soldier...though, yes would probably be considerably more useful than the original two krogan in the hands for an expert...

Vanguards live by nova. Drell vanguards have to be always on the move. Asari vanguards... mostly snipe with their stasis.
Krogans can't roll. Are slow. Sure they will have sentinel like damage resistance and charge, but I don't think they will be that overpowered.
They will just die slower, but they will still die. Probably more than the human ones. Thing with other krogans is that you do not care about cooldowns. With krogan vanguard is might be trickier.

Krogan have no back-roll. If you play vanguard on silver and above, you realize that without dodges you can't blitzkrieg a heavy target. They might make a good mid-to-low tier enemy killer, though.

I am not sure why it would. There are human Vanguards now that people claim are over-powered and most people are NOT playing them either. Everyone has their favorite playstyle...
Personally, I think the Krogan is simply going to be too "big" to be effective. As a vanguard, sometimes you have to find a target to charge pretty quickly... Might be hard to find one with a giant Krogan body in your view all the time.
