My Engineer, Adinah, is named after my RP character who was named by a quarian squad. I'm aware that I am a tremendous nerd.
My full melee build Infiltrator is named "Unit Lolr'Skate" because that's how he rolls.

Enginenator for my Geth Engineer since he's an Engineer and might as well be called Terminator since he just terminates everyone. Though he does in Engineer way, so hence that name.
Campy is my Geth Infiltrator since originally I went for him to snipe people. Though now I build him to be a train on doom with his heavy melee so name is inaccurate now. But wont' change it.

Mine too but i actually named my geth for some reason. I also name my human m/f something to remind me which build is which.
