Zaeed died in my playthrough of ME3 but his name isn't on my wall.

I didnt do what Zaeed wanted me to do in his loyalty mission in ME2 so he died in ME3,his name didnt appear on the wall for me,Legion's did though.

You have to have 2 squadmates survive to be able to import the save, so you'll never be able to get all 12 ME2 squadmates on there.

Edit: I guess you if you could somehow get them to die in ME3 I guess it's possible

You can kill Zaeed after the suicide mission,i seen a video were he had only Morinth and Zaeed alive then he did Zaeeds loyalty mission and left him to die so he only had Morinth left

I am almost finished with my 3rd playthrough... and I am really tempted to start at ME1 and try a worst possible playthrough just to see what happens differently. I honestly have never tried to fail.

I saw a playthrough on Youtube of ME2 where someone had Kasumi and Zaeed be the only survivors, then he killed Zaeed on his loyalty mission.

I did. Needed 6000 credits for the hamster. Cerberus paid 9000 credits for Legion. It was a no-brainer.

You don't have Samara or Morinth up there. Would killing Samara in Mass Effect 2 have her name on the wall because Morinth dies in Mass Effect 3 no matter what.

Of course she dies on Earth so you'll never see her name on the wall.

Make Sure Legion and Samara are the Suicide Mission Survivors.  Legion dies no matter what, and you just let Samara blow her own brains out before you kill her daughter.

End ME2 with only Zaeed and Morinth alive. Kill Zaeed in his loyalty mission (save it for after the suicide mission) and Morinth doesn't even come back in ME3 except as a Banshee.

I had Morinth and Zaeed alive for the ME2 import. Unfortunately Morinth doesn't get an "honorable mention" in ME3.

I may have to re-do the ME2 suicide mission to Samara and Tali survive. That way Samara will shoot herself, and Tali will attempt a geth air-drop off the cliff.

Actually, she does. If you're anything like me, you're just unlikely to notice it because at the time you have a spare M-920 Cain burning a hole in your ammo cache.

"DIE BANSHEE DIE! YEEEEEEEEEEEEAH! ...wait, did that say Morinth?"
