No, that's the asari vanguard.  Asari Justicar is considered an adept.

which brings us back to why the asari's class skill is called "asari justicar"

Same reason the human class skill is "alliance training", the Krogan one is "krogan berserker", etc.

@Cronosfire - they stated the intent to keep releasing 'new kits' (aka race/class combo with set 3 powers) after release. There is a good chance this is not even close to the last multiplayer DLC to extend the kits available. With that in mind good chance the GUI was build to allow scanning over?

You know, it shows you 5 chars at a time and as you move further right/left it shifts a char in/out of view. Just because you don't see an GUI element now, doesn't mean it doesn't exist once it's required. Such as a basic arrow showing right/left. As an example when your in the lobby in a game you can shift left/right - and it shows a big arrow, but only shows up when your in a lobby. Not when your just sitting at selection.

Could easily be smaller arrows just waiting to be used to show you can scan over.

Another thing I would like to see is a space battle sort of feature in multiplayer. like, u fly in a crusier, mowing down reapers, etc.... although i doubt they will add that

that makes sense i didnt think about the scrolling over to see more char

Or a battle set in ship, and you can see reapers and alliance shooting at each other out of the windows and hangar bay.
Also some new objective type. like capture the flag.
