IT was a very creative theory. And it managed to fix an absurd number of plotholes that could be fixed in no other way, using a plot device that was well established through all three games and described in detail through codex entries. It was an admirable theory.

But, in the end, there's just no way to escape the truth. All those plothoes can't be fixed. Bioware never intended the indoctrination theory. Their writing was just that bad.

Kind of an uneccesarily rude statement. The OP never said he was better than any of you, but you decided to go down that route. We're all equal here whether people like it or not.

It makes you a complainer, a negative person who spends a lot of time confronting people on the forums, people who share the same disappointment in the ending as you, but are willing to do something about it.  Whether or not the IT theory makes sense is irrelevant....  the fact that it caught on like wildfire and even gained the attention of social media proves that it is not some random ideas poorly strung together.  Instead a collective group of people further developed the theory and it will be remembered in the history of ME3.  So there is nothing to feel sorry for.  Instead they should be damn proud for standing up for what they believe in, standing against the endless waves of PR and patronization from BioWare, as well as condescentment from fellow gamers.

Oddly enough, I feel okay with that when faced with the alternative.

I'd rather be a negative person than a delusional fan who twists anything and everything to make it fit my theory.

I've only seen your posts on this board, but it just seems like all you're doing is ignoring people's posts and spouting the same line: You think IT's are delusional and don't want anything to do with them ... Begs to the question then, why are you here?

You're welcome to pop your opinions anywhere to wish, but wouldn't your energy be better spent on places where your opinion will actually be appreciated? You know you're not going to convince anyone who supports IT/IT'ers.

Unless, you're just here to rile people up, and if so... Shame on you.

How are they more "observant and creative"? That's like saying those folks who see Jesus in toast are simply more "observant and creative"....

And that they are.  It doesn't make them right, but most of us wouldn't blink twice before biting into our "toast" - these are the people who were willing to look beyond face-value and, instead of instantly coming on the forums to complain, chose to look at the ending sequence a little more critically.

And, either way you slice it, they managed to gather some pretty compelling evidence for their theory.  The only rebuttal I've ever heard was that it's just "bad writing".

Never go full retard.

And, I retract my last statement.  Go act like a twelve year old somewhere else.

I converse with adults like an adult.  I converse with children on a level they can comprehend.  Guess which one you are.

Yes, because adults chose to insult and degrade as opposed to contributing anything meaningful.

Does that mean you were "obsevant and creative" enough to figure I wasn't speaking to you as though you're an adult?

People in denial about BioWare messing up the ending are the biggest fan? Good to know.
I don't rage over the ending. But I know they could have been better and feel less rush. Obviously I'm not a fan because I either don't rage or create theories.

I feel this.... :(
This hurt me. :crying:

In my opinion most people on BioWare forum are fan. Else why would they even care to come here.

It's not, and it hasn't. But when I read the title "So does anyone else feel sorry for the Indoctrination Theorists" I chose not to take it as a board for people to spew their dislike for the theory but as a place were people could say their genuine pity for the IT'ers. I could be wrong and this could be another "bad" board, if so then I've only wasted my own time.

You've actually missed my earlier posts then, the ones where I actually supported the IT up until Final Hours. Even the ones where I invited friendly discussion over why I think the IT doesn't work, only to be attacked and called an "idiot" for not believing in IT (again, even though I admit that I used to).

As for why I'm here, it's a discussion board. Why shouldn't I be here? Because I don't support the IT and feel the fringe element who do are cultists? You'd have to ask more members than myself to stop posting if that's the case.

I actually don't have a problem with him saying that.

For a start, anyone still prepared to think there is a good ending in there is way more of a fan of Bioware than I am now, or am likely to ever be again.

And secondly, it's a great illustration of where many IT people are coming from.

I'm just interested in finding out at what point these fans will reassess. Axhole (and all the people who quoted his post) made it pretty clear that that reassessment wouldn't happen until Bioware made an unambiguous statement about Indoc Theory, which I dount they will ever do (if they have any sense).

See that's where you are wrong where the IT theorists are interpreting the game's ending in what they see by looking at the game and it's ending. A conspiracy theorists sees it as a way to screw us all over and make more money off of us. The basis of your argument is as convoluted as your inability to understand what the IT theorists are all about. Now seriously just go ****** and go to bed before you cause yourself to lose even more intelligence.

I'll have to take your word on that, I'm far too lazy to go back and validate your statement.

My complaint was that you only seem to be saying the same line over and over in differeing variations in the pages I've been present for, which I do wonder about.

So then not only are you an ignorant whelp but you give up on things easily. That's okay there are plenty of people out there that have that same problem I believe they live in boxes in alley ways and eat their own crap. Perhaps you will fit in nicely with them since you pretty much are already recycling the same mindless **** over and over again.
