Ok, I'be been lookign around allot, I've seen mods that create lock picking spells or add enw talents to the warrior class. But still I have yet to see any tutorial that guides you through the process of creating a new abbility, and making it available for certain classes to use.

So I was hoping to ask, how exactly do I do this?

I have my design all laid out I jsut need to know how to add these new abbilities to the game and make them avaible at level up.
