Earlier today I finished a silver round and saved up enough for a premium spectre pack. I had about 119k credits. I tried to purchase the pack however it said the transaction had failed. The servers went down just around this time. When they came back up, the game had registered that I had purchased the pack and deducted the credits but I did not get the pack.
96k is a hard pill to swallow because the servers crashed. Any way I can get the pack/credits restored?
