The whole character felt so out of place in this game, didn't fit in with the rest at all and the same applies to the battles. Cheap and clownish, interrupting the whole flow.

One of the worst villains not only in a bioware game, but overall. Only competent in cutscenes. Childish dumb(the email).

Kai leng was alright, would have been better if we saw more depth. From the books (the first three, not the last...) Kai Leng was pretty interesting. So when I played the game I thought of Kai leng from the books.

Kai Leng, as a character, failed to impress. As a boss fight, it was a bit annoying but not much of a letdown. When has Mass Effect every had a good boss fight?

The therum battlemaster was actually good if the player was at a low level.

He was lame. Hell, Vasir from the Shadow Broker DLC was MUCH better even though she did the same exact thing as Leng (call in her lap dogs while she recharges). Vasir was at least tough to take down and actually required a little effort instead of energy drain'ing her to death like it's possible for Leng. Same with the actual Shadow Broker fight with the yahg guy. On insanity, they were both pretty hard but Leng is a joke no matter what difficulty.

Would have preferred a boss fight with TIM. Can't tell me those crazy eyes wouldn't have had some sort of superpower. LOL

I agree LOTSB DLC boss fights were hard were Kai Leng was too easy especially if you had characters that were really effective against him.

Unless you're in The Matrix, you don't bring knives to a gun fight. Sure, giving the Asian a Katana was sorta cool at first, but it just made absolutely no sense in context. It's not a sword, it's a Katana. Yes, there is a significant difference /petpeeve/

I'm not really bothered by Leng, though. They could've done a lot more with him, but it's nothing game breaking to me. I do wish I could've offered him some cereal... Maybe he'd like Toasted Wheaties?

I just wish I could make my omnitool look like a giant toothbrush for that final renegade option bit.

...Okay, if that's a reference to something, I clearly missed the memo. Toothbrush?

In the book he does two things of interesting note:

1. Breaks into Anderson's place and eats his cereal.
2. Stabs someone with a toothbrush.

... There's a reason I haven't read that book. Maybe that's why Traynor's toothbrush cost 6,000 credits - it was secretly a weapon on the side.
Now I want some cereal.
