No cards, No help

So I bought $10.00 worth of Bioware Points and went into the shop to buy the new Premium Spector Pack. Out of the 3 packs I bought only 1 (the first pack) showed me what I got. The Other 2 said I got an error. Course when I checked to see if i did get them or not there was nothing for any of the characters. I opened a ticket and was told The system tool is not working properly (IE: Oh, Well thats too bad. Thanks for your money) and that they can not check my purchases.

The funny part too is that I opened a ticket 2 days ago and was told to check my account and email for it to be resolved in 2 days. And of course I checked and got NOTHING. At this point I dont really care if I get the cards or my money back. I just want you to fix this crap because it honesly is annoying and really sad.

So what are you going to do about A) People not getting their cards, B) People not refunding people?
