My game Mass Effect 2 disk is imported, and I can't redeem the code. Is there some way to get another code, or will I have to buy the DLC separately?
It was advertised as included.

Perhaps you can ask EA Origins support to swap a code for you, since technically, you did not redeem that unused code yet.
