I personally find Hale's voice-acting great at points, but just kind of cheesy at others.

Either way, I'm a guy, I play BallsShep. Personal preference. Never could play a girl in a game. Except New Vegas, where I made a latino with full unarmed and endurance. And a mohawk.

I always play maleshep because I always play male characters. However, malesheps VO is atrocious and I think Hale does a MUCH better job.

So femshep > maleshep IMO.
