Today I tried to buy the premium specter pack in mass effect 3 multiplayer. For some reason I kept receiving a message informing that the operation could not be performed and that if it persisted i should contact costumer support. Some seconds after the message the credits would return. Tried again a couple of times with the same result. Restarted the game, and the credits that had once returned with the messages had now vanished. I would really like those credits back!
99k credits.

You're not gonna get those credits back. It's been a problem for a while now. Just check your inventory to see if you got anything at all. If you didn't get anything (whether crap or not), then that should cause some concern.

I spent my 99k credits too and they just disappeared giving me no items at all

I lost 300 THOUSAND credits and 160 BioWare points. I tried to get them back a month ago and only today EA simply refused to refund. They said they can not "find the order". So if you loose them you will NOT get them back and both your money AND your gameplay hours go to nothing.

They cant just say they dont find the order if you lose money, it's like you spent for a service and never get the service, it's illegal.

Joined that club long ago, they should totally do something for a big problem like this
