Earlier I attempted to order 800 points and came up with a purchasing error saying the transaction could not go through. I innitially thought that maybe it was a proxy server problem as I was attempting to order at work. No biggie I'll try when I get home.
When I got home I ordered and it worked however on my tab or point balancce it said 1680 and showed that the pruchase did in fact go through earlier however I didn't not get a comfirmation email in regards to it.
I bought what I wanted to just now and am left with 880 points. I do *not* wish to double purchase points. I wish for my points to be reduced to 80 (800) taken away from the no notification double purchase and refunded the 10.17 cents.
However I can't find ANYWHERE on bioware site to open a ticket! Little help please?
