Hello, I have been having a problem with multiplayer lately. It won't let me rearrange my icons on my hotbar. Everything else is fine- I can use them, they just seem to be locked. I have restarted the game, my computer, and have tried a bunch of stuff but nothing helps. I would greatly appreciate any help anyone can provide.

Well. I can say I never could arrange them in multiplayer. I always thought it was meant that way...
Are you sure you could arrange them before and in multiplayer?

They are locked in multiplayer sadly. Every characters skill is assigned a hotkey by default. Say You have Salarian infiltrator with cloak and energy drain but no proximity mines at all. Energy drain will still use the '3' key and '2' key will be unused.
