What happened to my weapons and armor? I started a new profile, this time playing as Jane Sheppard instead of John Sheppard, imported from ME2 ensuring ALL members survive, and yet my ME3 N7 weapon and armor are not there. Do I have to do something differently again?
N7 Valkyrie, defender armor and M-55 argus on 2nd profile player (same account)

Got it - same account but started on a different console - went back to original console to get my weapons

You can re-download the weapons to the new console. Transfer your account to the new console and then go to https://live.xbox.co...ownload/History and queue up the N7 Warfare Pack to get the missing pre-order armour and Valkyrie. Same goes for the M-55 Argus and other DLC like From Ashes and Collector Pack stuff if you have it.
